What are the payment terms?
To secure your spot, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due by 1 May 2026.

What are the cancellation and refund policies?
Bookings are non-refundable, so we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance as soon as you confirm your booking. Refunds may be considered in specific circumstances, such as match cancellations. For full details, please refer to our Terms and Conditions HERE.

Do I need travel insurance?
Yes. Travel insurance is strongly recommended and should be arranged immediately after booking.

When will the final itinerary be confirmed?
Our itineraries are still being finalised, and all components are subject to confirmation. We’ll continue to share updates to the Rugby’s Greatest Rivalry Info Guide on our website. When updates are made, we’ll notify you via email.

What happens if match dates, venues or kick-off times change?
Match scheduling is controlled by New Zealand Rugby and the local organisers and may change. If this occurs, we’ll adjust the itinerary where required to ensure all included fixtures and experiences are delivered as seamlessly as possible.

How will communication work during the tour?
WhatsApp will be our primary form of day-to-day communication throughout the tour. All important updates, timings and on-the-ground information will be shared via dedicated WhatsApp groups. To ensure you stay connected, please make sure:
- WhatsApp is downloaded and set up on your mobile device prior to departure
- You have an active international roaming plan or access to mobile data for the duration of the tour

Access to mobile data is essential, not only for receiving live updates but also for accessing your digital match tickets and key tour information. If you’re unsure about your roaming plan, we recommend contacting your mobile service provider before departing to ensure everything is in place.

How physically demanding is the tour?
The tour is designed to be accessible for most travellers with a moderate level of fitness. Some walking is required, particularly on match days and during optional experiences. Full details will be outlined in the final itinerary.

How secure are the match tickets included in the package?
All match tickets are official and sourced through New Zealand. Your tickets are guaranteed as part of your package, subject to final match scheduling.

Can I purchase tickets without accommodation?
No. Tickets are only available as part of a package. As part of our agreement with New Zealand Rugby, match tickets must be sold within a wider travel package that typically includes accommodation and other experiences. This ensures a complete and premium fan experience.

Are international flights included?
No, international flights and airport transfers are not included. Domestic flights within the tour, where applicable, are included.

Are transfers included?
Yes. All official tour transfers outlined in your itinerary, including transfers to matches and official events, are included. Any personal or optional travel outside the itinerary is at your own expense. International Flight Transfers are not included.

Will I be staying in the same hotels as the team?
No. In line with New Zealand Rugby protocols, fans are not accommodated in the same hotels as the All Blacks. We select high quality, well-located hotels to enhance the fan experience.

Can I book extra hotel nights before or after the tour?
Pre- and post-tour hotel add-ons are not available through this package. If you require additional nights, please contact the hotels directly.

Will there be optional experiences or add-ons?
Yes. We’re working on a range of optional experiences designed to enhance your tour. Details will be shared shortly.

Will there be official hosts or special guests?
We’re planning a number of unique hosted experiences across the tour. While specific hosts and guests are subject to confirmation, fans can expect moments that bring them closer to Rugby’s Greatest Rivalry.

Can I travel with friends or family on different packages?
If you wish to travel together, we strongly recommend booking the same package and booking together. While guests on different packages may attend the same matches or headline experiences, day-to-day activities, accommodation, transport and optional experiences can vary by package and group size. For this reason, we’re unable to guarantee that friends or family booked on different packages will be grouped together throughout the tour.

Is this tour suitable for families?
These packages are primarily designed for adult travellers. If you’re considering travelling with children or teenagers, please contact our team so we can discuss suitability and rooming options.

Is this tour suitable for solo travellers?
Yes. Many guests travel solo on our tours.
